What we do

The purpose of the USU shall be to represent USU members in negotiations concerning wages, hours and conditions of employment; the handling of grievances and all other matters relating to their welfare; to coordinate the mutual interests of its individual members; and to facilitate coordination of the mutual non-bargaining interests of the caucuses.
